TD-Studio ("we", "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our mobile application Mahjong Siege (the "App"). By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this policy, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

No account required. The App does not require you to provide personal information such as your name or email to play.

Analytics (with your consent): If you consent when prompted, we collect anonymous usage data through Unity Analytics—including device type, session duration, levels completed, and gameplay events. This data is aggregated and not personally identifiable.

Local storage: The App stores game progress, settings, and your consent choice on your device. This data is not transmitted unless you have consented to analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to improve the App, fix bugs, and develop new features. We do not sell or trade your information. We do not use it for advertising unless we notify you and obtain consent in a future update.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

5. Your Choices and Rights

Analytics consent: You may decline analytics when first prompted. If you decline, no analytics data is collected. Your choice is stored locally and respected on future launches.

Data deletion: You may request deletion of data by contacting us at the email below. Please note:

Local data on your device can be removed by uninstalling the App.
Analytics data is collected anonymously using randomly generated identifiers. We cannot associate a deletion request with specific records in our analytics systems. We will nonetheless process your request by: (1) deleting any personally identifiable information we hold (e.g., support correspondence); (2) forwarding deletion requests to Unity where applicable; and (3) ensuring you are opted out of future analytics. We will respond within 30 days.

Other rights: Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, restrict, or object to processing of your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Data Retention, Security & Children

Retention: Analytics data is retained as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by our providers. Local data persists until you uninstall the App.

Security: We implement appropriate measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children: The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last update" date will reflect changes. Your continued use indicates acceptance.
